Shipping Policy

When you shop at CBF Supplements you can be assured you're going to get great service.

You'll receive both a dispatch notification and a tracking link once your order has been processed.

Please allow 24 hours for scans to start on tracking. Once this item has been picked up.

All orders will be processed within 1 business day. If an item in your order is out of stock we'll contact you ASAP to let you know and organize a solution so your order can be dispatched to you promptly.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error in your address please contact us ASAP so we can adjust your address before your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Items with incorrect addresses that are returned will be charged a re-delivery fee as charged by the carriers.

Please note CBF Supplements takes no responsibility for incorrect/mistyped addresses.

Australian Shipping

To offer customers the best experience we can, orders within Australia are shipped via a number of domestic couriers such as Australia Post, TOLL, Aramex, FastWay, Couriers Please & more. You'll receive a tracking link when your order leaves our warehouse so you can stay up to date with its progress and even get notifications when it's due for delivery!

Delivery times frames range from 1-10 business days* depending on your location.

Australia Post: Premium express service with full tracking service. Transit times for this services vary 2-5 business days worldwide*.

Please note CBF Supplements will not be responsible for any local taxes/duties that may be incurred by your countries customs.

We recommend checking rates with your local customs before placing your order.

Orders returned due to unpaid fees will attract a re-stocking or re-sending fee.

Tracking Your Order

All orders receive a tracking number/link which can be used to track the location of your order.

All orders will receive either a tracking update via email or SMS with a link to track their parcel. If you have not received a tracking code, please reach out to us via live chat and our team will assist.

Unfortunate Events

In the case of a damaged/missing parcel ,CBF Supplements accepts no responsibility for items whilst in transit. 

We can assist you in lodging a claim but cannot guarantee you will receive compensation from the carrier.

Every item is quality checked before dispatching from our warehouse and packed securely keep it safe as possible in transit.

Seasonal/Pandemic Delays

While CBF Supplements will always honour our dispatch time as promise, at times delivery delays may become evident. Peak season times (Christmas, Black Friday etc) may cause delays with our shipping partners that CBF Supplements has no control over. 

Further to seasonal delays, CBF Supplements acknowledges that carriers may experience significant challenges during a time of national pandemics. Again, CBF Supplements has no control over this, or accepts any liability for delays in freight caused during this time. 

Our team will be happy to assist you in lodging enquiries with freight providers in the circumstance that your order may be delayed, however we cannot guarantee the freight companies will deliver in a standard delivery timeframe.
